Please check your university email account (including the junk mail folder). Also check your SMS messages. If nothing has been received on email and SMS, notify the independent electoral using the "Lodge and Issue Form".

Make sure that you have captured the PIN correctly. It is better to copy and paste. As you do so, make sure that there are no spaces before, in-between and after the PIN. If the above both fail, please check your eligibility on the homepage of the website.

No, you cannot re-submit. Each student can only submit once. Your Nomination PIN is a one-use PIN.

Please check your email inbox and junk email folder carefully. Emails are only sent to university-issued email accounts only. If the above fails, please lodge an issue to request a receipt.

Your nomination is not submitted until you press the submit button and see confirmation on-screen. For as long as you have not submitted, you will be able to re-enter the system unless the deadline for submissions has passed.
